All work is a combination of Yi - Li - Chi in Chinese, and Mind - Body - Spirit in English. This meditation work is primarily Yi. There are three forms each consisting of eight positions called :- Wu-Chi Mother Daughter Father Son Heaven Earth Wu-Chi. The three forms each put a different flavour on the energetic work, they are Yin - Tao - Yang. The picture is of Yin form and Mother position.
