Again all work is a combination of Yi - Li - Chi, these exercises are primarily Li in nature and designed for flexibility. There are 12 separate exercises all working on different necessary functions of the body structure from balance and co-ordination to stretching and joint opening. The demonstration clip is of an exercise known as "don't spill the cup" designed to work on the rotational ability of all the joints down the line of the body but primarily the spine. |
