For a  beginner Tai-Chi student it is recommended that you take the 6 week introduction course priced at £30. This will give a grounding in Chi-Kung and an introduction to Tai-Chi forms

Experienced Yang style/family student can select your training from the parts listed below.

All parts/segments are voluntary and you can individually choose the format of your class as long as you are eligible for that training. ALL the training is beneficial and has differing emphasis and benefits.

CHI-KUNG (ENERGETICS)

1 - Meditation - Yi form, Zhang Zhuang (Jang Jong) standing meditation.

2 - Exercise - Li form, physical muscle and joint exercises - Chi form, energetic path / meridian opening exercises.

3 - Application - Jin form, application energetic work. This work is available to all students.

TAI-CHI (CHUAN)

4 - Learning the first section of the Large Frame hand form in group tuition, and individual correction - for students who have finished the form practising and performing the hand form.

5 - Learning the second section of the Large Frame hand form in group tuition, and individual correction.

6 - Learning the third and final section of the Large Frame hand form in group tuition, and individual correction.

7 - Pushing Hands. This work is available to all students after completion of the first part of the hand form.

8 - Group and individual tuition of the jian sword form. This work is available for any student who has completed  the hand form.

Group membership is £35 single payment which is due on completion of the intro course
